Chinn about the progress of a construction project that is a part of Beyond the Horizon 2017 in Double Head Cabbage, Belize April 8, 2017. In 1995, Cruz along with other Soldiers from the 448th helped to build the Belize Rural High School in Double Head Cabbage that sits next to the current BTH 2017 construction project. BTH 2017 is a U.S. Southern Command-sponsored, Army South-led exercise designed to provide humanitarian and engineering services to communities in need, demonstrating U.S. support for Belize.
