Col. John Evans Jr. passes the colors for U.S. Marine Corps Security Force Regiment in a ceremony June 16, to Col. Brian Neil, to signify the change of command for the regiment aboard Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Va. Evans took command of MCSFR June 2015 and handed the torch to Neil to take over and command the regiment. Evans will be assigned to Plans, Policy and Operations.
