    Coast Guard Station Honolulu crewmembers heave in a towline during drills and heavy weather testing of the 45-foot Response Boat Medium south of Oahu, Dec. 14. The RB-M is a self-righting, 45-foot all-aluminum boat with twin diesel engines and water jet propulsion. It's designed to meet Coast Guard mission requirements for search and rescue, coastal security, drug interdiction, and migrant interdiction.
