Col. Charles Henderson, 621st Contingency Response Wing commander, ceremoniously gives the 621st Contingency Response Group guidon flag to Col. Colin Sindel, as he assumes command during the 621st CRG Change of Command ceremony at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., July 12, 2017.
