U.S. Marines with 2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion, 2nd Marine Division use an Assualt Amphibious Vehicle R7 variant to move a linear charge to be used for a Mine Clearing Line Charge (MICLIC) on Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 14, 2017. The MICLIC is a rocket-projected explosive line charge which provides a cleared path from conventional land mines and improvised explosive devices, enabling maneuver forces to assault through to their objective.
