The APAN is the unclassified information sharing and collaboration system for the Department of Defense (DOD). Representatives from the National Guard and Team Rubicon staffed the IMT for the PATRIOT North 2017 training exercise at Volk Field, Wisconsin from July 18, 2017- July 20, 2017. PATRIOT North is a domestic operations disaster-response training exercise conducted by National Guard units working with federal, state and local emergency management agencies and first responders.
