A Rough Terrain Container Handler, also referred to as a “RTCH,” pulls through the driving rain in order to be cleared by international customs at Port of Constanta, Romania near Mihail Kogalniceanu Airbase on July 28, 2017 at the close of exercise Saber Guardian 17. The U.S. Army Europe led exercise, with an area of operations stretching across Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria consisting of 25,000 troops from over 23 nations, emphasized interopability and teamwork amongst all participating militaries, and it was the job of the 230th Sustainment Brigade, Tennessee Army National Guard to maintain and provide logistics, personnel, and supplies.
