Staff Sgt. Blihar of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 151st Expeditionary Signal Battalion, is working on the Satellite Terminal-Transportable. The STT pulls services via satellite from the HUB at Landstuhl, Germany, and filters it through the Joint Network Node to connect voice and data services to the Joint Operations Center at Cincu, Romania. This allows communication with higher headquarters for Resolute Castle 17, which is an operation that builds relationships with the NATO alliance, and enhances its capacity for joint training and response to threats within the region.
