VAZIANI TRAINING AREA, Georgia — U.S. Army Soldier Staff Sgt. Scott Lofgren, horizontal construction sergeant squad leader, 500th Engineer Support Company (ESC), signals to the operator of the High Mobility Engineer Excavator (Hmee-I), at Vaziani Training Area, Georgia, Aug. 6, 2017.
