Members of the 75th Combat Support Hospital Reserve Unit, with the help of trainers from the 2-337th TSB, learn how to hoist a patient onto a stretcher during a mock Mass Casualty exercise facilitated by the 2-337th Training Support Battalion, 205th Infantry Brigade. The exercise prepares the 75th Combat Support Hospital Reserve Unit for deployment to Kosovo as part of the Kosovo Forces peace keeping operations rotation, also known as KFOR-14.
