Members of the 75th Combat Support Hospital Reserve Unit escort a patient during a mock Mass Casualty exercise facilitated by the 2-337th Training Support Battalion, 205th Infantry Brigade. The 75th CSS is deploying as part of the Kosovo Forces peace keeping operations rotation, also known as KFOR-14. The 2-337th TSB, 205th Infantry Brigade provides mentorship, assistance and resourcing for the event setting the conditions for successful execution.
