Dr. Aisha Daley takes a moment in her office in the modern operating theatre within the Korean hospital. Deep within Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan stands this state of the art Korean Hospital, staffed by Korean doctors and nurses and Afghan medical professionals. Afghan patients are processed through a military manned gate before being allowed into the hospital. The hospital can see up to 150 Afghans a day, and can carry out minor medical treatment to more major operations in its operating theatre.
