The tenth C-27A Spartan cargo/transport aircraft to join the Afghan air force comes to a rest with its propellers still spinning on the flight-line of the Afghan Air Force Base in Kabul Feb. 20. With the new C-27, the Afghan Air Force is half way to its goal of twenty C-27A Spartans.
