Commanding general of U.S. Forces-Iraq Gen. Lloyd Austin III welcomes 53 soldiers from various units across Iraq as American citizens during a naturalization ceremony at Al Faw Palace in Baghdad, Feb 21, 2011. Following the ceremony, officials offered voter registration for the soldiers to take advantage of their status as new American citizens.
