Soldiers deployed to Iraq in support of Operation New Dawn take the U.S. Oath of Citizenship to become American citizens during a U.S. Forces-Iraq Naturalization Ceremony at Al-Faw Palace in Baghdad, Feb. 21. Following the ceremony, U.S. Customs and Immigration Services officials provided the troops, new American citizens, the opportunity to register to vote.
