A Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak HC-130 Hercules aircrew departs Air Station Kodiak enroute to Anchorage, Alaska, Aug. 28, 2017. Due to forecasted high winds in Kodiak, the aircrew will be able to launch within a 30-minute window for search and rescue cases while forward deployed to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson located in Anchorage.
