Soldiers assigned to the 396th Engineer Company, Mobility Augmentation Company, out of Ashland, KY, detonated C4 explosive charges as a part of their training during Combat Support Training Exercise 86-17-02 Aug. 17, 2017, on Fort McCoy, WI.
