Spc. Ryan Mclellan, Company B, 2nd General Support Aviation Battalion, 1st Aviation Regiment, receives his certificate of citizenship from Robert Daum, the field office director for United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, Rome. Mclellan, was one of 53 U.S. soldiers who took the Oath of Citizenship of the United States of America during a President’s Day naturalization ceremony at one of Saddam Hussein’s former Baghdad palaces.
