INDIAN OCEAN (Aug. 27, 2017) The Talwar-class frigate INS Trikand (F51) practices underway replenishment approaches with the amphibious dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52) during a bilateral interoperability drills following Pearl Harbor’s visit to Goa, India. The drills were aimed to enhance interoperability between the two navies and emphasize the importance of communications and coordination while operating together at sea.
