    PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Aug 29, 2017) -Seven Department of Defense Lock Program Specialists completed the Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC). All seven are employed at Navy Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC), and are now Certified Security Professionals by order of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence. The SFPC assesses foundational knowledge in five key security areas: Information, Personnel, Physical, Industrial, and General. Captain Joe Greenson, NAVFAC EXWC commanding officer (acting), presented the certifications during a ceremony held in front of the DoD Lock Program display at the command. NAVFAC EXWC is a command of more than 1,300 dedicated federal employees, contractors, and military personnel who provide specialized facilities engineering, technology solutions, and life-cycle management of expeditionary equipment to the Navy, Marine Corps, federal agencies, and other Department of Defense supported commands.
