U.S. 5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (Sept. 09, 2017) Capt. Rome Ruiz, commander, Amphibious Squadron Three, prepares to board MH-60S Sea Hawk, assigned to 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), on the flight deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22).
