NEW ORLEANS - Chief Petty Officer Billini Benoit a reserve Corpsman with 4th Medical Battalion, 4th Marine Logistics Group, Marine Forces Reserve, of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, has used his experience as a reserve, Fleet Marine Force Warfare Specialist-qualified Corpsman and a high school teacher to develop an educational program to prepare reserve sailors to pass the Enlisted FMF qualification required for them to attach to Fleet Marine Force units. The program has been widely successful in its short existence with a 100 percent passage rate that has already increased the number of FMF-qualified sailors from his unit, and he hopes the program will attract more.
