BSRF-11, address the troops on the importance of their upcoming deployment to the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions. BSRF-11 is a Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force composed of mainly reservists from across the nation for a unique
mission to promote regional stability, build partnerships with host nations, and advise the military training capacity of European armed forces during their six-month rotation in Eastern Europe.
