A U.S. Marine Corps CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 162 (Reinforced), 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), departs the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) for a key leader engagement with representatives from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Puerto Rico National Guard, in the Caribbean Sea, Sept. 22, 2017.
