Dahlgren and Dam Neck See Benefits by Sending Young Civilian Engineers to Sea

ATLANTIC OCEAN – Six Scientists and Engineers from Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division at Dam Neck participated in an introduction to the Surface Navy in order to help them in their jobs. Called the Scientist, Engineer and Logistician to Sea (SEaL) program, it pairs young engineers with veterans ones to realize the impact of the work they do on ships at sea. Pictured are (left to right): Greg Malone, Josh Hayfer, Carolyn Lambeth, Johnathan Krotz, Andrew Ernst, and Trac Nguyen.
