ATLANTIC OCEAN – Six Scientists and Engineers from Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division at Dam Neck participated in an introduction to the Surface Navy in order to help them in their jobs. Called the Scientist, Engineer and Logistician to Sea (SEaL) program, it pairs young engineers with veterans ones to realize the impact of the work they do on ships at sea.
