PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (July 20, 2017) Naval Facilities Engineering Command Hawaii’s Transportation Department purchased and installed a Flexible Lifeline Systems (FLS) Mobile Fall Arrest System in a vehicle bay in mid-July. The equipment provides a safe working environment for employees that satisfy both Occupational Safety and Health Administration and NAVFAC policies for any work required above 4 feet.
