U.S. Navy Cmdr. Michael Kenney, commanding officer of Navy Operation Support Center Anchorage, tours the Japanese destroyer Harusame, guided by the Japanese Training Squadron, at the Port of Anchorage, Alaska, Sept. 28, 2017.
