NSA Bahrain (Oct. 2, 2017) - U.S Marines assigned to Naval Amphibious Forces, Task Force 51 and 5th Marine Expeditionary Brigade, graduate the Career Course Seminar aboard Naval Support Activity Bahrain. The Career Course Seminar is a 15-week professional military education requirement for Marine staff sergeants to become eligible for promotion to gunnery sergeant. TF 51/5 is entrusted with rapidly aggregating crisis response capabilities and positioning U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps forces throughout the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility to ensure command and control of forces at sea, from the sea and ashore.
