    FORT BUCHANAN, Puerto Rico—Sgt. 1st Class Tony Persina, noncommissioned officer in charge of prime power, assigned to 249th Engineer Battalion, and a local contractor review paperwork of a generator that will be installed in a critical facility, October 8, 2017 in Fort Buchanan. Soldiers assigned to 249th Engineer Battalion (Prime Power), along with civilian U.S. Army Corps of Engineers responders are working with the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide power generators to support disaster relief emergency operations throughout Puerto Rico.
