EVERETT, Wash. (Oct. 3, 2017) Sailors man the rails of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Sampson (DDG 102) as the ship departs Naval Station Everett, Wash. Sampson is part of the Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group, which will deploy with the guided-missile cruiser USS Bunker Hill (CG 52) and guided-missile destroyers USS Halsey (DDG 97) and USS Preble (DDG 88) and the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71).
