    171003-N-OW019-049 U.S 5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (Oct. 3, 2017) Flight deck personnel assigned to the amphibious dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52) observe a CH-47D Chinook, assigned to Army Bravo Company, 2nd Battalion, 149th General Support Aviation Battalion (GSAB), perform touch-and-go’s during night flight operations. Pearl Harbor is part of the America Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and, with the embarked 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
