171017-N-TN557-012 SAN DIEGO (Oct. 17, 2017) - Gunnery Sgt. Erik Klueber (left), assigned to the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I), and Vince Barton, assigned to Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SSC) Pacific, conduct a system check on the Meteorological Mobile Facility (Replacement) Next Generation (METMF(R) NEXGEN) program’s portable doppler weather radar. Military and civilian technical experts from PEO C4I and SSC Pacific are preparing to deploy two weather radars from the METMF(R) NEXGEN program to Puerto Rico to assist in weather monitoring efforts for the National Weather Service.
