Senior Iraqi military officials along with the Iraq Training and Advisory Mission – Air director, Brig. Gen. Anthony Rock, cut the ribbon at the formal opening ceremony for the new Iraqi air operations center April 21. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was just one of the many events held in celebration of the Iraqi air force’s 80th birthday.
