YAUCO, Puerto Rico -- Hector Nieves, a worker with BIM Contractors, walks through a digital overview of an emergency levee construction project undertaken by the Army Corps of Engineers in Yauco, Puerto Rico, Nov. 6, 2017. A team of Corps engineers and support staff worked long hours in order to expedite the levee project after the Yauco river burst over its banks into the Lucchetti community, destroying homes and forcing the evacuation of residents.
