Patrice Shuler, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 35th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade incoming senior enlisted advisor signifying the responsibilities and care she now assumes of the Headquarters Company. Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 35th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade held a Change of Responsibility Ceremony, Nov. 1, at the Reserve Center here. 1st Sgt. Elizabeth Dillon, HHC, 35th TTSB, outgoing senior enlisted advisor, passed her responsibilities and care for the Soldiers of the Lion Brigade to incoming first sergeant 1st Sgt. Patrice Shuler.
