Staff Sgt. Long Tran, a biomedical and container management non-commissioned officer with the 3rd Medical Deployment Support Command, Third Army, runs the last leg of the Army Reserve Birthday Run at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, April 23. Tran, a native of Virginia Beach, Va., placed first in the 5K run, finishing in 17 minutes, 55 seconds. "I had a good consistent pace, and I pushed myself a good bit," said Tran. "I'm here to win this for the Reserve! I couldn’t let anyone else win today."
