MAYPORT, Fla. (Nov. 13, 2017) – Peruvian Lt. Eder Suclla, right, was awared the Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) qualification by USS Zephyr (PC 8) Commanding Officer Lt. Cmdr. Grant Greenwell, left. Suclla volunteered to to go on patrol with the Zephyr and while aboard he earned multiple other qualifications leading up to his SWO pin to include becoming an Officer of the Deck while underway.
