Kevin Miller, an MV-22B Osprey pilot with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 161 (Reinforced), 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit speaks with visitors about the Osprey during a static display at the Dubai Airshow, Nov. 14, 2017. The Osprey is a joint service multirole combat aircraft utilizing tiltrotor technology to combine the vertical performance of a helicopter with the speed and range of a fixed-wing aircraft resulting in global reach capabilities that allow it to fill an operational niche unlike any other aircraft. The Dubai Airshow is the premier aviation and air industry event in the Gulf/Middle East region, and U.S. military participation strengthens military-to-military relationships with regional partners.
