FORT SHAFTER — A designated covered feeding station for stray and feral cats at Fort Shafter. Under a pilot program authorized by USAG-HI, a group of sanctioned volunteers will begin a trap, neuter, release and monitor program for stray and feral cats at Fort Shafter.
