The 38-foot recreational vessel Spook’n Me is lifted in Ponce, Puerto Rico, on Nov. 22, 2017, after Hurricane Maria pushed the vessel ashore. The Maria Emergency Support Function 10 Puerto Rico Unified Command, which is comprised of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, U.S. Coast Guard, in conjunction with the Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Control Board, Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. and Fish & Wildlife Service, is working to remove vessels that have been damaged and displaced by Hurricane Maria.U.S. Coast Guard photo by Petty Officer 2nd Class Ali Flockerzi.
