Spc. Frances O. Sandoval, 36th Division Special Troops Battalion executive assistant, works on a spreadsheet needed by the battalion commanding officer listing all members of the battalion on active duty orders prior to the deployment and the reasons for their orders. Sandoval, a native of San Antonio, Texas, who grew up in the suburb of Spring Branch, takes care of everything from memos to Power Point presentations for the battalion commander and the command sergeant major.
