Pfc. Justin Arrington, 350th CACOM competitor, navigates his way up an obstacle during USACPOC(A)'s Best Warrior Competition at Fort Bragg, N.C. on May 12, 2011. The four day competition began with 14 Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations soldiers who represented each of the command's major subordinate units.
