Red Arrow Park in Manitowoc, Wis., was rededicated with a July 15 ceremony attended by veterans and Wisconsin National Guard leadership. Red Arrow is one of the nicknames for the 32nd Division as well as the 32nd Brigade, its successor. The 32nd "Red Arrow" Division was formed for World War I and fought in both world wars, and was also mobilized for the Berlin Crisis in 1961. The rededication ceremony occurred a few days before the 100th anniversary of the general order creating the 32nd Division in 1917. Wisconsin National Guard photo by Sgt. Katie Eggers
