Post officials cut the ribbon for Fort Hood's new Chili’s restaurant at 2 p.m. May 17 at the corner of 761st Tank Destroyer Ave. and T.J. Mills Blvd. The total cost to the Army was zero dollars. The restaurant will open for business 7 a.m. May 23.
