Col. James W. Bierman Jr., outgoing commanding officer, 3rd Marine Regiment, passes the regimental colors to Lt. Col. Seth Yost, incoming commanding officer, during the 3rd Marines change of command ceremony, May 12 at Dewey Square. Yost will take charge of the regiment until he changes command with Col. Nathan Nastase in about two months.
