U.S. 5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (Jan. 3, 2018) – Betsy Wilk (left) and Col. Howard Hall, operations director at Naval Amphibious Force, Task Force 51, 5th Marine Expeditionary Brigade, pin the lieutenant colonel rank on Maj. Trevor Wilk during his promotion ceremony. TF 51/5 provides command and control of integrated Navy-Marine Corps amphibious forces, serving as Marine Forces, Central Command and U.S. Naval Forces Central Command’s standing headquarters for crisis response and entrusted with synchronizing forces across the AOR for unity of effort, providing commander USCENTCOM an integrated HQ with flexible and deliberate response options at sea, from the sea and ashore.
