Lance Cpl. Michael Sparks, 20, from Camdan, Kansas, with Headquarters and Support Battalion area guard, fires an air-loaded 9mm pistol at the indoor simulated marksmanship trainer aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif. The ISMT is a three dimensional simulation-based trainer for indoor use, capable of instruction in basic and advanced marksmanship,combat marksmanship and weapons employment tactics.
