Power Precast Products, Corporation employees pour cement into a cast, Jan. 12, part of the process to produce a 65-foot cement utility pole, for use by USACE in the restoration of Puerto Rico’s electrical power grid. The family-owned company, based in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, is celebrating its 50th anniversary. The company currently manufactures 35 cement utility poles, ranging from 45, 55 and 65-foot poles, along with base mountings, daily, for use by USACE’s Task Force Power Restoration.
