Members of the 451st Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron Detachment 1 Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility look after wounded Marines on an ambulance bus at Camp Bastion, Afghanistan, as they wait to load other wounded Marines. The CASF team is responsible for taking care of and transporting patients from the staging facility and role hospital to aircraft who are then transported to the next level of medical care.
