U.S. Marines with Battalion Landing Team, 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), apprehend a simulated suspect during vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) training on Camp Lejeune, N.C., Jan. 11, 2018. The two-day course was held to educate Marines on the proper procedures of inspecting vehicles and civilians for potential threats while also giving them the opportunity to practice techniques in preparation for the upcoming deployment.
